Hi, my name is Lisa Lahm and I am a Certified Massage Therapist. I received my massage training at the nationally renowned Boulder College of Massage Therapy and graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from Kansas State University. Over the past eight years, I have worked to help my clients with a wide variety of muscle related issues with much success using Neuromuscular/Deep Tissue techniques. I have seen the benefits of combining massage therapy and chiropractic together in my own life, and I am so fortunate to work in a wellness center that offers so many options for optimal health. In addition to my career, I enjoy exercising, training for triathlons, reading and spending time with my husband and family. Hi! My name is Mary Glasgow. As a Certified Massage Therapist with an Associates Degree of Applied Science I have the opportunity to provide practice members with healing touch and relaxation. I graduated in December 2005 from HTI of Kansas City, Missouri. I chose to pursue Massage Therapy as a career because I truly believe that it’s a great benefit to anyone wanting to maintain a healthy lifestyle. With chiropractic & massage together, we assist people’s bodies to heal themselves. Gina Durkes - Massage Therapist
Hi, my name is Gina Durkes, Certified Massage Therapist at The Chiropractic Experience Wellness Center. I completed my training with The American Academy of Massage Therapy in Topeka, KS where I received my massage certification in 2006. I decided to become a massage therapist while attending The University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth, KS on a basketball scholarship, and quickly realized that as a serious athlete, just how important it is to take care of your muscles. Since becoming a massage therapist I have been blessed to work with people of all ages and conditions, from 8-year olds to 80-year olds, and pregnant women to people in wheel chairs. I have always been committed to keeping myself healthy with regular exercise and healthy eating habits, so helping my clients obtain the best possible health and wellness is an incredible feeling. Erin Parr - Massage Therapist
Hello, my name is Erin Parr. I'm new to Dr. Mark's team here at Chiropractic Experience, and thrilled to be included among such talented wellness practitioners. In 2003, I received a degree in Body Somatic Therapy from the Midwest Institute of Natural Healing in Kansas City, Missouri. At the forefront of alternative healing, Body Somatic Therapy is a unique method of total body integration. This work restructures, realigns, and re-educates the body, resulting in health and wholeness. Some of the healing modalities I incorporate into my massage technique include breathing exercises, trigger point and cranial sacral therapies, reflexology, stretching, and deep tissue muscular rehabilitation. I am a certified Reiki practitioner, and have been studying essential oil therapies for almost ten years. Along with massage, I enjoy yoga, baking, writing, planting flowers and gardening. As a bodyworker, I am committed to attaining positive results with all of my clients. I believe every person we meet comes into our lives for a reason, and I am looking forward to meeting YOU.
